PRAEJUDICUM EVOLVATOR

PRAEJUDICUM EVOLVATOR is process and tool supports applicable on all complex goal/planning systems, for example market plans, development plans, zoning plans or town, regional, or national political programs.

PRAEJUDICUM EVOLVATOR starts from a conclusion based on the theorem of Gödel -
"Each plan that is complex enough to be interesting contains contradictions in itself or in its realization."

The process involve an analysis of the Plan and identification of outside variables (Actors and Outside Objects). The process ends in identification of Arenas - real or virtual places where actors meet to realize their Goals for various Outside Objects.

The tool support realizes the process in the form of a data base and a user interface. The user may navigate the material, see relations, dependencies, and connections between Goals, Object and Arenas.

PRAEJUDICUM EVOLVATOR multiplies the plan owners capabilities to create and chose Arenas to work at, to evaluate which Actors the Arena contains, and to chose whom to cooperate with.

RUFS XP is a realization of PRAEJUDICUM EVOLVATOR in a data model for RUFS 2001, Regional utvecklingsplan 2001 för Stockholmsregionen (Regional Development Plan 2001 for the region of Stockholm).

RUFS XP was created by Ekeblad Consulting AB  in cooperation with Temaplan AB for RTK, Regionplane- och Trafikkontoret i Stockholm (The office of Regional Planning and Urban Transportation).
